Made another book!  Tried something new this time.  Coptic binding with some chain knots in a little design.

The paper I used for the cover has golden birds printed at uneven intervals, and every time I make something with it I somehow manage to cut it so that I have birds on the BACK but not on the FRONT.

This is another scrapbook I made in relation to a piece of writing I had to submit for uni. This is a development of the previous Amsterdam scrapbook I recently uploaded photos of. This one is much smaller, and just generally nicer and better in every way. It’s more delicate and (hate to say it) cute. The pages are made of copies of vintage Amsterdam maps I have accumulated. I made the book as a pocket book so you can put souvenirs and keepsake inside it as well as write in it too.

I haven’t posted anything in a while (partly because I haven’t finished anything) but today I have been successfully procrastinating by making this book out of chopped up bits of poster from my last project.
