I tried to explain to a friend in one text about the types of coffee you can get, it was impossible and the only solution I could think of was drawing it.
Also available to buy as a print.

Who told me it was a good idea to take more art classes outside of school? I pretend I have time. This only results in three hours of sleep per night with major designer bags under my eyes but it’s all worth it though.
The gif is self explanatory of how I’ve been feeling lately. And yes this was done during my etching session for my power print making class.

I’m proud to say i’m part of Ciara Phelan’s Print Okushon.
“Print Okushon has been set up to help raise money for the victims of the recent catastrophic earthquake and tsunami in Japan. A multitude of talented illustrators and designers have been asked to kindly donate a print that will be auctioned off via ebay over the coming weeks. “
I’m auctioning a new 3 colour risograph print, based on some drawings from my notebook. It’s called ‘My Fireworks’, and bidding starts at only £5!

Do something really worthwhile and pick up something cheap!
i love alphabet books. i love hockey pucks. so naturally…
this is an alphabet book i did called ‘26 ways to die’. each letter of the alphabet is illustrated with an image carved from a hockey puck (note: this book isn’t really about hockey).
okay, best part about it — hockey pucks are pretty much type high (well, they’re actually about a full inch, whereas type high is 0.918”, but because my press is super awesome i can get around that). anyway, so much fun to carve & print!
oh yeah, text was set in 12 point century schoolbook. hand bound. screen printed cover.
so (this is kind of a side note) — i used new pucks for this project (because i was carving the pucks and wanted a smooth surface) but i have BAGS of ‘used’ pucks that i’ve been hoarding for a special day. have you ever really looked at a puck that’s especially beaten up? they’re beautiful. it’s like the story of the game is preserved in the marks on the puck. anyway. i have some plans to play around with that…
this is so impressive!!
